Electronic & Mechanical Field Service

Uptime Electronics employs ten very experienced Field Service Technicians who work exclusively on CNC machine tools as well as three excellent machine tool mechanics. Our engineers are proficient troubleshooters who want to see your machines back in production as soon as possible. We love the challege of fixing things, even in high pressure production environments.

Field service is what we do best. We specialize in the service of controls, drives, and motors:

CNCs made by Fanuc, General Numeric, General Electric, GE Fanuc, Bendix, Cincinnati, G&L, Allen Bradley, Gettys, Reliance, MDSI and others.
Numerous brands of servo and spindle drives and PLCs.
Motors made by Fanuc, Gettys, Gettys/Fanuc, Inland, Peerless, H.K. Porter and others.

Service Rates

*Labor, Electronic^:**	$145 per hour, portal to portal
*Labor, Mechanical^:**	$125 per hour, portal to portal
*Ladder/PLC Programming^:**	$160 per hour, portal to portal
Travel:	$0.565 per mile
Company Aircraft:	$2.00 per mile
Airline & Living Expenses:	Actual Expenses, no markup

* Standard rates apply 7 AM to 5 PM weekdays. Sundays and holidays are billed double-time. All other times are billed time-and-a-half. Labor is billed in 1/2 hour increments, no minimums.
