Uptime Electronics, Inc. is first and foremost a field service company. We work on most types of machine tools and CNC brands — no machine is too big or too small.
We fix both CNC and machine-side problems, so we never leave your machine unrepaired. Whether it’s a CNC malfunction, an I/O system problem, or a machine-side switch, Uptime will get the job done and get your equipment back in service.
With more than 50,000 parts in stock at our Whittier warehouse, we can usually have repair parts in hand or sourced within a day, shortening your downtime.

Preventative maintenance
Uptime Electronics offers complete preventative maintenance (PM) packages. Scheduling PM on all of your equipment helps control unexpected downtime and significantly reduces manufacturing interruptions.
We offer both electronic and mechanical PM services.
Electronic PM
- Checking and maintaining critical control hardware and software
- Battery replacement
- Memory and parameter backups
- Routine power-on testing of power supplies, drives, motors, and machine-side components, building a trend history that allows early diagnosis of equipment in need of replacement
Mechanical PM
- Machine alignments
- Wear evaluations, including backlash and straightness/fishtail
- Fluid and filter service and lubrication system maintenance
- Chip removal and overall machine cleanup
